The Mini Stereo plug goes into the audio output regularly at the back of your Computer or into the audio output of your Laptop. The Phono ends goes into the audio input of your Tv. This would mean there is no association output to your Computer or Laptop speakers to get audio output to both the Computer/Laptop speakers and your Tv your need a mini plug splitter, which is self explanatory to install. You will now have both Audio and Video signals from your Computer/Laptop and your Tv.
